🧾 Job Profile: City Executive – Avenaa Stays Position: City Executive Department: Operations – Property Onboarding & Management Locations: India Reporting To: Onboarding Manager (Head Office) 🎯 Main Objective:To identify and onboard new homestays, service apartments, and villas in your city under the Avenaa brand, ensure smooth guest handling, and maintain property hygiene and quality. 🛠️ Core Responsibilities: 1. 🏘️ Property Onboarding Find potential properties from platforms like 99acres, OLX, MagicBricks, Google Maps, and Booking.com. Filter properties by: Owner-listed (not agents) Fully furnished Suitable for short-stay rentals Contact the owner and pitch Avenaa's business model (monthly income + OTA profit management). Visit the property, capture photos/videos, and evaluate quality. Convince the owner and hand over the lead to Onboarding Manager for documentation and listing. Track each lead's status and report daily. 2. 🧹 Property Maintenance ResponsibilityHire and manage a cleaning lady or house help for each onboarded property. Ensure: Daily cleaning before guest check-in Property hygiene and maintenance Water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and utilities are functioning Solve minor issues like fuse trips, water blockages, or cleaning delays quickly. Communicate regularly with the property owner and Avenaa’s central team for updates. 3. 👨‍💼 Guest Management Coordinate guest check-in and check-out timings. Share accurate location details, directions, and keys with the guest. Be on call to help with any property-related issues during guest stay. Ensure payments (if cash) are collected on time. Extend bookings or assist with re-booking if needed.
