About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the Australia and Netherlands markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services sales, client relationship management, and market expansion in international geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Australia & Netherlands.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with enterprises, SMEs, and channel partners.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in assigned regions.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in international business development (preferably IT/Software solutions).
Proven track record in handling Australia or European markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work across time zones and travel internationally when required.
Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation offerings.
