Business Development Manager (Security & Facility Management)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our security and facility management services. The ideal candidate will leverage strong industry knowledge, communication skills, and a client-centric approach to acquire new clients, nurture business relationships, and ensure service excellence. This role demands high professionalism, flexibility, and proactive coordination across departments to meet client expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market the company digitally through targeted email campaigns and timely follow-ups with potential private clients.
  • Conduct field visits to client offices and perform market surveys to bring in new business.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
  • Professionally interact with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and act as the SPOC for timely grievance resolution including beyond office hours if needed.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality based on client inputs.
  • Supervise manpower availability and address shortages by coordinating with HR and management.
  • Source talent continuously through tie-ups with training centers and educational foundations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local markets, specifically Bhopal and Indore, to better grasp client requirements and industry trends.
  • Collaborate internally with admin, HR, and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery and compliance.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Expertise in digital marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor suited for the security industry.
  • In-depth understanding of security and facility management industry practices and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask, organize effectively, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with local markets and client segments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Facility Management, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in security or facility management sectors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
