We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a client in the Aviation services industry . The role involves driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and converting opportunities into strategic deals. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra. Role: Business Development Manager – Aviation Industry Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. Manage RFI/RFPs, create proposals, and deliver impactful corporate presentations. Identify customer requirements and convert leads into qualified prospects. Research client pain points, analyze the market, and make the right pitch at senior levels. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for successful project execution. Prepare marketing collaterals, case studies, mailers, and business pitches. Conduct market intelligence and feedback analysis , particularly within the India market. Build business transformation propositions tailored to industries and client needs. Ensure continuous relationship building and regular follow-up with clients and prospects. Requirements 8–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales. BPO sales experience (Banking, IT Services); Aviation sector exposure preferred . Knowledge of contact centre requirements across verticals and strong domain understanding. Strong written & verbal communication, proposal writing, and technical documentation skills. Proven ability to align with senior management and shape sales strategy. Management degree is mandatory . Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and costing for proposals.
