We have a brand-new workspace in Guwahati designed for entrepreneurs, freelancers, startups, and businesses to collaborate and grow. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to help us build strong partnerships and drive customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients (B2C and B2B). Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, startups, and freelancers. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase occupancy. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals. Create customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Represent Bodhi Co-Working Space at networking events and community gatherings. Requirements: Proven experience in Business Development, B2B & B2C Sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to identify client needs and provide solutions.
