Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Agricare Corporation, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, pitching services, understanding client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and growth areas. Your contribution will be vital in meeting or exceeding sales targets and overall organizational growth. You will also be expected to maintain regular reports of sales activities and pipeline updates. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media. - Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. - Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients. - Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and growth areas. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall growth. - Maintain regular reports of sales activities and pipeline updates.
