Looking for smart and efficient female candidates for the post of BDM Key Responsibilities: Drive student enrollment for study abroad programs through strategic B2C and B2B initiatives. Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand reach and student base. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and partner organizations. Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure seamless communication and student handling. Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global education systems, visa processes, and university requirements. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to student registrations and revenue. Requirements: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, preferably in the overseas education industry. Strong network of institutional contacts and potential referral partners. Interpersonal skills,negotiation and Excellent communication skill is mandatory. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
