Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from our database or leads. Provide accurate information about study abroad programs, universities, courses, and application procedures. Fix appointments for counselors and follow up to ensure attendance. Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Handle inbound queries professionally and efficiently. Support marketing campaigns via telecalling and follow-up calls. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus). Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Prior experience in telecalling or education counseling is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
