• Bachelors degree
• 5 years of work experience in similar roles, with 3 years mandatorily in sales
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English
• Familiarity with Google workspace tools or Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, etc., Email, Whatsapp

The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and clients.

• This is a field-oriented sales role that requires regular travel to meet with partners such as architects, designers, builders, contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), and HNI clients for both new and ongoing projects.
• Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, with commissions linked to performance, and preparing quotations for new projects using Excel or Google Sheets.
• The Business Development Manager will work closely with the assigned showroom’s manager and staff to ensure timely submission of quotations and successful project acquisition.
• They may also be required to assist during project delivery in case of client or partner escalations.
• Travel will primarily cover the districts surrounding the assigned showroom, with weekly reporting expected at the showroom.

Additional details

• The position entails a standard 9-hour workday.
• Sundays are generally off for the Business Development team, though occasional client or partner meetings may be required, in which case a compensatory off will be provided.
