Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions to the customer and meeting revenue targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE To identify potential customers and establish business relationship with them. Manage and conduct of various relationship building exercises like key customer meet. Achieving individual revenue targets as decided from time to time. Organizing corporate meeting for product presentation. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Budgetary achievement of revenue generated from LI, GI & MF 13 months renewal persistency Achievement of target PCV - based on all India average Increase in No. of customers Number. of active lead generated and number. of cases logged Tele-verification as % to total cases logged Regulatory & internal compliance MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES To collate and analyze all business development and sales activity related data and prepare reports on the same. To coordinate and manage collection counters and allied branch services in absence of concerned officers. Requirements 1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION - GRADUATE. 2. EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE PRODUCTS PREFERABLE. 3. EXPERIENCE IN CHANNEL SALES PREFERABLE. 4. EXPERIENCE ABOUT LOCAL MARKET PREFERABLE. 5. EXPERIENCE - 1-3 YEARS 6. CTC- 3- 5 LPA
