Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Business Development Manager located in Mumbai . The Business Development Manager will be responsible for Sales Channel Sales, ensuring quality standards, developing and implementing strategies, and liaising with cross-functional teams.

Qualification & Role Requirement

  • Map the geography and profile potential for Dealers & Distributors:- Database from WF team /Distributor/ Scan .
  • Plan and Visit Components for Product pitching :- Samples /Tech specs/ Certification
  • Implement pathways to maintain business relationship / Drive growth
  • Collect and process Orders | Negotiate and maintain profitability per account II Supply from new Distributor .
  • Develop strong architect relationships linking Component Dealers | Demand Generation + Sleek Credibility

Success Metrix

  • % growth in Component Sale Measured as growth in identified counters and as a % of overall
  • Spread Count of Components across geography further detailed at an Dealer scale level

Depth – Presence of Range at Dealers to facilitate higher capturing of shelf space
