The Role

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with shipping companies and maritime stakeholders
• Understand customer pain points and communicate HiLo’s value proposition
• Support demos, proposals, and onboarding of new clients
• Collaborate with the global team to shape the regional growth strategy
• Attend industry events and represent HiLo across Asia

What We’re Looking For

• Essential:

  Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the maritime industry (e.g. sailing, technical management, fleet ops, safety/compliance)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel across Asia
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Passionate about improving maritime safety through data and technology
