About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to manage and

enhance AdaptsMedia&aposs online reputation across key digital agency platforms such as

Sortlist.com, DAN, Clutch.io, Entasher, and similar directories.

In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing company profiles, generating quality

leads, managing reviews, and improving our brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Reputation Management & Profile Optimization

Maintain and enhance company profiles on platforms like Sortlist, Clutch.io,

GoodFirms, etc.

Ensure accurate service listings, case studies, and testimonials are up-to-date.

Improve profile rankings through content optimization and positive client

feedback.

Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify potential clients and initiate engagement.

Respond to RFPs and inquiries generated via online directories.

Track conversion rates from these platforms and report on performance.

Client Engagement & Review Management

Request and manage client reviews to strengthen our brand reputation.

Address negative feedback professionally and ensure client concerns are

resolved.

Engage with clients post-project to encourage detailed, positive feedback.

SEO & Content Strategy for Listings

Optimize profiles with SEO-rich content, case studies, and blog content.

Monitor competitor rankings and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track monthly performance metrics across all directories.

Provide detailed reports on lead generation, profile rankings, and campaign

outcomes.

Collaboration & Marketing Alignment

Work with sales and marketing teams to align messaging.

Coordinate with designers and content creators to maintain visually appealing

profiles.

What We&aposre Looking For:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, online reputation management, or

digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and online lead generation.

Experience managing listings on platforms like Clutch, Sortlist, and DAN.

Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and digital branding.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and CRM platforms is a

plus.
