Business Development Manager


About you

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in B2B head hunting with a proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing new clients.
  • Experience working with telecommunication or data centre industries.

  • Fluent English and excellent presentation skills- both written and verbal
  • Understanding of automaton software solutions a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development:

    Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
  • Hunting and Acquisition:

    Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organisations.
  • Needs Assessment:

    Understand clients' business needs and challenges to tailor Activeport’s solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Presentations and Demos:

    Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Activeport’s offerings.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    Lead negotiations and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
  • Market Intelligenc

    e: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with international and local teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting

    : Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets with global team.
