Roles and Responsibility Experience: 6+years Location: Bengaluru Mode of work: Work from office JOB Title: Business development Manager Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and engage mid-market and high-growth companies in India. Drive end-to-end NetSuite ERP sales cycle: lead generation, discovery calls, solution fitment, proposal creation, and closure. Engage with key stakeholders such as CFOs, Finance Controllers, Procurement Heads, and IT decision-makers. Work with internal solution architects and practice heads to ensure accurate scoping and solution alignment. Manage and grow a healthy pipeline using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Sales Navigator. Collaborate with Oracle NetSuite teams and leverage co-selling opportunities. Provide insights to prospects on ERP evaluation, implementation dos and don ts, and ROI modeling. Track all activity in the CRM and maintain clear documentation of customer interactions.
