Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
Strong skills in Market Research and Proposal Preparation
Excellent Negotiation and Contract Management abilities
Proven experience in Client Relationship Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Relevant experience in the IT services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
