Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon for a Business Development - Management Trainee role. Responsibilities include contributing to business development strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and supporting the development of sustainable business plans. The trainee will assist in analyzing business metrics and collaborating closely with team members to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Development Management and New Business Development
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data effectively
• Understanding of Business principles and experience in Business Planning
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and self-motivation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior internship or experience in business development is a plus
