Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Business Development Executive - Management Trainee. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client accounts, handling lead generation tasks, and demonstrating strong communication to build and maintain customer relationships. The role also involves assisting with strategic planning and implementing initiatives to drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in New Business Development
• Skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Experience in sales or business development is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
