Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive - Management Trainee. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting sales outreach, and managing client accounts. The role further involves effective communication to build and maintain relationships with clients, contributing to organizational growth and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development
• Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience or education in business, sales, or marketing is preferred
