Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Chandigarh. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. This role involves daily communication tasks and providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations. Organization, schedule management, and coordination are core components of this role.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Strong Communication and Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
