Business Development Leader - Water Reuse and Recycle

Role Overview: As a Business Development Leader for Water Reuse and Recycle at Solenis, your role will involve building a business in water reuse and recycle. You are expected to have a strong business development mindset, leveraging your experience to provide sales and technical leadership based on market insights and industry knowledge. Your main responsibilities will include identifying key gaps and improvement opportunities for customers to enhance Solenis's water management capability. You will collaborate with sales teams in India and South East Asia to address customers" needs for reducing water usage ratios through reuse and recycle. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities in water reuse or recycle - Drive Reuse/Recycle projects from opportunity identification to commercialization - Assist in sales planning and presentations at corporate and site levels - Qualify projects from a technical viability standpoint - Scope out projects from an initial design perspective - Develop cost in use calculations, benefits to customers, investment needs, and return on investment calculations - Support proposal recommendations and contracts - Lead the Reuse/Recycle Center of Excellence and assist Commercial teams in identifying target markets, corporations, sites, and applications - Collaborate with equipment partners to ensure necessary equipment is designed, engineered, built, and installed - Provide strategic recommendations to leadership to achieve short, mid, and long-term growth initiatives Qualification Required: - Technical background and sales management skill - Undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in engineering - Proficiency in the English language is mandatory Additional Details of the Company: Solenis is a global producer of specialty chemicals focused on partnering with water-intensive operations to tackle complex water treatment, process improvement, and hygiene challenges.
