Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Funnel Management

  • Drive the complete lead qualification process — from receiving sourced leads validating and assessing lead quality conducting initial qualification calls updating lead status and handing over qualified leads to the next stage (sales team).
  • Ensure high daily lead qualification volumes with strict adherence to quality parameters. Optimize qualification flow and minimize drop-offs between screening and handover stages.
  • Collaborate with the lead generation to refine lead criteria, targeting, and messaging to improve the quality and conversion rate of qualified leads.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of BDAs and Team Leads handling lead qualification.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions on lead qualification, communication, and productivity improvement with clear SOPs, calling scripts, and productivity KPIs for the team.
  • Review performance dashboards daily/weekly to track outreach volumes, qualified leads, and conversion ratios.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Invitation teams to ensure seamless lead transfer and alignment on lead quality.
  • Partner with Sales to understand funnel requirements and optimize targeting accordingly.
  • Share data-driven insights on campaign performance, lead behavior, and conversion patterns.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion trends, and team productivity.
  • Analyze data to forecast lead demand and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Suggest new strategies, tools, or platforms to boost lead volume and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in

    Lead qualification, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation

     within

    EdTech, Upskilling, or B2C sectors

    .
  • Proven experience managing

    BDAs/TLs

     in lead generation or pre-sales.
  • Strong command over

    cold calling, lead qualification, and CRM systems

    .
  • Excellent communication skills in

    English

     and at least one

    regional language

     (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Marathi etc.).
  • Highly

    target-driven, analytical, and process-oriented

     with strong funnel ownership.
