Retail Sales Executive

Sales Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned A+ stores.
Store Management:
Handle day-to-day operations in premium retail outlets such as modern trade stores, gourmet stores, and top-performing supermarkets.
Merchandising:
Ensure brand visibility through planogram compliance, shelf management, and promotional displays.
Promotions & Sampling:
Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, sampling, and consumer engagement activities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, category buyers, and promoters.
Market Intelligence:
Gather insights on competitor activity, pricing, and consumer trends in premium retail environments.
Inventory & Replenishment:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
Reporting:
Maintain sales records, prepare daily/weekly reports, and share actionable insights with the sales team.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
25 years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage retail sales, preferably handling modern trade or A+ stores.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
