Job Description

  • The Business Development Executive/Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of [Your Industry/Product/Service] who can strategically engage with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and navigate complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure  
Experienced Required:
  • 3 5 years of experience in Business development preferably in Cleaning & Hygiene industry, with experience Technical & Solution based sales .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Should have good experience with B2B business development.
  • Should be a problem solver
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for up-selling
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing .
  • Ability to travel as per business need .
Key Responsibility
Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments within [Material Handling or Robotics Engineering].
  • Analyse market data, competitor activities, and industry developments to feed info for strategic decisions.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Generate new leads through various channels including cold outreach (calls, emails), networking, industry events, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualify leads to determine potential alignment with company offerings and strategic objectives.
Relationship Building & Client Engagement:
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and discovery calls to understand client challenges and objectives.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Solution Development & Presentation:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Technical) to understand product/service capabilities and develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
  • Lead negotiations to close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Strategic Planning & Collaboration:
  • Contribute to the development of overall business development strategies, sales targets, and market penetration plans.
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation efforts and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
