As a Business Development Lead at NeXavault, the cybersecurity arm of John and Smith, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector, particularly focusing on enterprise clients. Your role will involve collaborating closely with technical experts, auditors, and leadership to offer a suite of services including compliance consulting, VAPT, and managed security. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on enterprise clients. - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, industry events, and targeted lead generation. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and identify innovative solutions. - Develop and execute strategic business development plans in alignment with revenue and growth targets. - Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client requirements. - Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals with large enterprise customers. - Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. - Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and marketing teams to enhance value propositions and client satisfaction. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of successful business development experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or related technology sectors. - Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets consistently. - Experience in managing business-to-business sales cycles and enterprise account relationships. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering (Computer Science), MCA, or related fields; MBA (Marketing) is a plus. - In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, current threats, and modern enterprise security solutions. Skills & Attributes: - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels. - Strong analytical and market research capabilities with a strategic mindset. - Proficiency in using sales CRM platforms; experience with Zoho or similar tools preferred. - Motivated, results-driven, and resourceful with a proactive approach. - Team player comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
