Business Development Lead

You will be joining Eumo, a multi-disciplinary design office in Mumbai, co-owned by Shanoo Bhatia and Harkaran Singh Grewal. Eumo's team consists of Interior Designers, Interpretative Designers, Industrial Designers, Communication and UX/UI Designers, all trained in delivery of brands, retail experiences, digital applications, and websites following a rigorous Design Thinking approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission to accomplish set goals and objectives - Conduct market research and identify potential clients - Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships - Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies - Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required - Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines - Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, marketing, or related field - Proven work experience in the business development or sales field preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organization and project management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Join Eumo as a Business Development Associate and contribute to driving sales, attracting new clients, and growing the business while maintaining strong client relationships and implementing effective sales strategies.,
