Business Development Lead

The Market Group Owner at Ameriprise India - PracticeSource will play a key role in driving business growth through consultative sales calls and outreach to Franchise advisors. In this position, you will collaborate with field leaders to develop strategic campaigns aimed at increasing market penetration in assigned groups. Additionally, you may be required to travel to represent PracticeSource at Ameriprise Conferences and advisor offices, educating them about the services offered. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard Ameriprise franchise advisors for Ameriprise India - PracticeSource Services - Support Market Group Owners on Sales Activities & Initiatives - Manage Market Groups post initial training period - Engage in Cold Calling to build advisor relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and onboard advisors, and track potential opportunities - Conduct Consultation Calls to reach out to advisors, identify new leads, introduce them to PS services, convert them into customers, and drive new planning demand - Assist in driving, tracking, and reporting the success of marketing campaigns - Travel as necessary to attend conferences, corporate offices, and advisor offices Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum of 5 years of experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in financial planning tools and processes - Ability to build and maintain relationships with field leaders - Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Proven ability to provide a consultative approach to advisors - Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and grow Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with financial planning tools - Experience in international sales, particularly in the US market - Proficiency in Cold Calling About Our Company: Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-focused financial solutions for over 125 years.
