Role & responsibilities

Engage and onboard high-potential brokers with scalable growth potential
Reacquire and activate recently lapsed clients with tailored engagement strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive long-term revenue
Create customized sales pitches and servicing solutions for top-tier clients

Preferred candidate profile

Field Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B field sales experience is required, with a preference for experience in the real estate sector.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leadership.
Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills to engage with a diverse client base in the financial sector and achieve focused goals.
Presentation and Documentation: Excellent presentation and documentation skills. A collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure, make decisions in unpredictable situations, and think creatively to simplify complex issues.
