As a dynamic leader with a strong background in banking, wealth management, or investment services, you will spearhead investor relations and business development efforts at GrowMo360. This role offers high visibility, global outreach, and the opportunity to work closely with top-tier investors and decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors. - Represent GrowMo360 in investor meetings, business forums, and exclusive networking events. - Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal development. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of investors and strategic partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions. - Prepare and present impactful investor pitches and marketing materials. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, or investment management. - Strong network among HNIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to influence and engage high-value stakeholders. - Professional integrity and a client-centric approach. You will be responsible for scouting and engaging investors in Dubai and other international markets while operating from the local base.
