BD & Investor Relations Manager

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with investors and clients in the banking, wealth management, and investment industry. Your role will involve identifying, attracting, and engaging high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. You will work closely with the leadership team, represent GrowMo 360 in various high-level meetings, and play a key role in expanding the investor base, especially in Dubai and other global investment hubs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage investors and clients. - Utilize expertise in banking, wealth management, and investment to build lasting investor relationships. - Represent GrowMo 360 in investor meetings, business events, and networking forums. - Lead business development activities including lead generation, proposal development, and client acquisition. - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential investors, family offices, and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized investment and business solutions. - Create and deliver investor pitches, marketing materials, and proposals professionally. Qualifications & Skills: - Female candidate with over 5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, financial services, or investment management. - Experience in scouting and engaging investors in Dubai and other international markets. - Strong existing network and relationship-building skills with various investor groups. - Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric approach. - Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and senior leadership.
