As a dynamic leader with a strong background in banking, wealth management, or investment services, your role at GrowMo360 will involve spearheading investor relations and business development efforts. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies to attract and engage HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors. Representing GrowMo360 in investor meetings, business forums, and exclusive networking events will be a key responsibility, along with driving lead generation, client acquisition, and proposal development. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of investors and strategic partners, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions, and preparing impactful investor pitches and marketing materials. Qualifications required for this role include 5+ years of experience in banking, wealth management, or investment management, a strong network among HNIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors, exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, proven ability to influence and engage high-value stakeholders, professional integrity, and a client-centric approach. Additionally, you will be responsible for scouting and engaging investors in Dubai and other international markets while operating from the local base.
