JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

As a business development intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building processes, iterating, improvising, adding and putting suggestions to improvise on building a better product. Position requires a strong business and project / product management background, exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced candidate who is passionate about building business systems and has a strong background in Saas (not mandatory) with a decent understanding of finance segment. Must possess a top-notch communication and negotiation skill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth for the organization.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to thoroughly understand their needs, effectively presenting our offerings to provide tailored solutions.
  • High-Value Client Acquisition: Showcase the capability to secure substantial contracts by effectively engaging with and closing deals with major clients.
  • Accountability: Assume full responsibility for managing client relationships, going above and beyond to ensure successful closures.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify both opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and customer requirements.
  • Process Building – Thoroughly work on business process management by finding a gap in internal functioning and bridging the gap via an innovative solution.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience with sales or Business development / Project management in finance/wealth management /stockbroking /fintech /software industries are an added plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Proficiency or willingness to adapt using Bordio, Zoho CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities is preferred.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, negotiation, presentation, and persuasive skills. Adaptive to learn product.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Candidate Locality – Mumbai Western suburbs only.

Candidates having knowledge of stock market, education background in Finance will be preferred.

Should be fluent in Hindi, English, Gujarati/Marathi.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
