Job Title: Business Development Intern (Work From office) Company: Yuva Business (Founder: Vijay Kotgond) About Yuva Business: Yuva Business is dedicated to empowering business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales teams by providing professional training, guidance, and services. We specialize in sales strategy development, business growth training, right hiring practices, and practical implementation support. Our mission is to help business owners achieve measurable growth and long-term success. Internship Role –: We are looking for dynamic and motivated freshers or MBA students (Marketing, Sales, or Business Management background preferred) who are eager to learn and grow in the field of After Sales Service, Client Support, and Business Development Implementation. This role is designed for candidates who want to gain practical exposure in handling clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting business owners after sales and training programs. Key Responsibilities:  Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business owners and clients after the training/service is provided.  Ensure smooth implementation of strategies suggested by Yuva Business.  Provide post-training support to business owners and sales teams.  Assist clients in completing their daily tasks, follow-ups, and execution plans.  Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and deliver timely solutions.  Collect feedback from clients to improve the effectiveness of training and services.  Prepare regular reports and share progress updates with the management team.  Guide clients in understanding how to apply training into their own businesses.  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and contribute to client retention. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: MBA / BBA / Freshers (Marketing, Business Management, Sales preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Passionate about learning, growth, and client relationship management. Ability to manage tasks independently with ownership. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and documentation is a plus. Internship Duration: 3 to 6 months (Performance-based extension or full-time opportunity available). Certificate of Internship. Letter of Recommendation (based on performance). Direct exposure to business owners and practical business growth strategies. Opportunity to transition into a full-time role after internship. Location: Work From Office Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off). Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
