Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Support

Assist in identifying new leads among hospitals, clinics, corporates, and diagnostic partners.

Support outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls.

Coordinate with clients for health checkup bookings, B2B onboarding, and service queries.

Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationship-building activities.

2. Healthcare Tech & Product Operations

Learn and understand our healthcare platform/products, including health checkup workflows.

Help in onboarding new clients onto the platform.

Collect user feedback and coordinate with the tech team for improvements.

3. Health Analytics & Reporting

Assist in preparing dashboards, basic health analytics reports, and performance summaries.

Work with Excel/Google Sheets to update customer data, test reports, and insights.
•Ensure timely upload and management of patient/health checkup data.

4. Data Entry & Documentation

•Maintain accurate databases of leads, customers, and diagnostic reports.

•Enter, verify, and organize health-related data with high attention to detail.

•Support daily operational documentation and MIS reports.

Required Skills

•Strong communication skills (English & local language).

•Basic understanding of healthcare, diagnostics, or tech platforms (preferred but not mandatory).

•Good knowledge of Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas preferred).

•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

•Detail-oriented and responsible mindset.
