About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals, social media platforms, and company channels.
  • Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS).
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess suitability and alignment with role requirements.
  • Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external job agencies (if applicable).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
  • Familiarity with various job portals and professional networking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ATS experience is a plus).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for multiple departments or high-volume hiring.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and basic onboarding procedures.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹8,546.21 - ₹18,000.00 per month
