As a BDA at Uplyx Solutions, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions and students, and promoting our innovative programs and services. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking. Develop strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities to promote Uplyx Solutions' offerings. Understand the needs of potential clients (students, colleges, and corporates) and provide tailored solutions. Drive registrations for workshops, competitions, and training programs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and leads in the CRM. Represent Uplyx Solutions at industry events, webinars, and campus visits when required. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related fields). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).
