Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Developer Intern to join our dynamic B2C sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners, playing a crucial part in their educational journey. You will be responsible for engaging directly with potential students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward the STRI Academy programs that best suit their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone passionate about education and looking to build a strong foundation in sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Engagement: Proactively connect with prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and online platforms to introduce them to STRI Academy's offerings.


Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the unique needs and career goals of each prospective student and recommending the most suitable courses.


Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all our courses, curriculum, and admission procedures to answer queries effectively.


Enrollment Process: Guide interested candidates through the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to final admission.


Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on all interactions with potential leads.


Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving weekly and monthly student enrollment targets.


Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective students to help refine our sales process and course offerings.


Support Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team by assisting with online information sessions, webinars, and other promotional events.


Who You Are


You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.


You are fluent in English.


You are a self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving results.


You have a genuine interest in the education technology (EdTech) sector.


You are empathetic, patient, and an active listener.


While prior sales experience is a plus, a strong desire to learn and grow is most important.
