Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in lead generation and client engagement. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in identifying and hunting new leads for our digital marketing and AI automation services by attending various industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Identification: Assist in researching and identifying potential clients and industry events.
• Networking Support: Accompany senior team members to conferences and events, and assist in engaging with prospective clients.
• Market Research: Support the team in gathering information on market trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
• Database Management: Help maintain and update the lead database with new contacts and information.
• Pitching: Learn to articulate the value proposition of our digital marketing and AI automation services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure all leads are properly tracked and followed up on.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
• Communication: Must be comfortable and fluent in both Hindi and English.
• Interpersonal Skills: A confident and outgoing personality with excellent networking abilities.
• Travel: Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
• Attitude: A self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Travel Requirements:

The intern will be required to travel to the following locations for events and conferences, with all related expenses covered by the company:

• Delhi NCR
• Across India: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata
• International: Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia
• Other Asian Cities: Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo

Compensation and Benefits:

• Stipend: A monthly stipend of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000.
• Allowances: All travel, accommodation, and event-related allowances will be fully covered by the company.
• Growth: An opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and potentially transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
