Role & responsibilities

Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients (startups, MSMEs, and growing companies)
Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
Support the team in pitching Jobs Territorys recruitment services to clients
Maintain and update lead data in Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements
Schedule calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
Prepare basic reports on leads, conversions, and outreach performance
