Business Development Intern / Sales & Marketing Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated interns to support our Sales & Marketing team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in lead generation, sales support, client communication, and marketing activities while building a strong foundation in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential clients.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior staff.
  • Maintain and update the prospect database in CRM.

Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Support development of customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with the delivery/operations team.

Client Management

  • Respond to client inquiries.
  • Maintain regular client communication.
  • Handle basic concerns and escalate complex issues.
  • Support post-service follow-up activities.

Administrative Tasks

  • Update client information in CRM.
  • Prepare weekly reports and activity summaries.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination.
  • Support promotional events and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Performance Expectations

  • Generate at least 20 qualified leads per month.
  • Maintain 85% CRM data accuracy.
  • Complete 50+ weekly outreach activities (calls/emails/LinkedIn).
  • Achieve a 15% conversion rate from prospects to clients.
