Job description:

Business Development / Intern (On-site)

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 6 months

Stipend:₹10,000/month

(freshers/interns)

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and identify potential clients
Generate leads via email, phone outreach, and CRM tools
Schedule demos and follow up with prospects
Maintain and organize CRM data
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
Perform competitor and industry analysis
Engage with clients and support client interactions

Requirements

Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-player mentality

Optional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Interest in sales, strategy, and client management
