We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive – Creator Partnerships who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing content creators for brand campaigns. The role focuses on building a strong creator network, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring smooth execution of influencer-led marketing campaigns for brands.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify, recruit, and onboard content creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms
Build and maintain a strong database of creators across multiple niches (tech, lifestyle, finance, fashion, gaming, etc.)
Evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement rate, audience relevance, and brand fit
Campaign & Partnership Management
Pitch campaign opportunities to creators and negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams and creators to ensure timely campaign execution
Manage end-to-end creator partnerships from onboarding to campaign completion
Business Development & Growth
Develop scalable strategies to grow the creator ecosystem
Maintain long-term relationships with top-performing creators
Identify new opportunities for creator-led brand campaigns
Reporting & Compliance
Track campaign performance and creator deliverables
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and campaign briefs
Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and payment coordination
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with influencer marketing agencies, ad-tech platforms, or brand marketing teams
Existing network of content creators is a plus
Familiarity with influencer tools and platforms (optional)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of influencer marketing and the creator economy
Ability to evaluate social media metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.)
Proactive, target-driven, and relationship-oriented mindset
Comfortable working with multiple creators and tight timelines
