We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Interns to join our growing IT company. This is a great opportunity for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and digital services , especially in the field of website design . Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients for website design and digital services. Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calls. Pitch our web design services to startups, small businesses, and local brands. Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and follow-ups with leads. Support the senior BDM in daily business development activities. Maintain lead databases and reports using Excel or CRM tools. Participate in virtual meetings and client discussions. Learn about web design services, pricing models, and client needs. What You'll Learn: B2B lead generation and outreach strategies Sales pitch development and communication skills Basics of website design services and client onboarding Tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Google Sheets, CRM Requirements: Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation (any stream) Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for marketing, sales, and the tech industry Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, or design (preferred but not mandatory) Perks: Internship Certificate Letter of Recommendation (Performance-based) Stipend + Performance Incentives Opportunity to convert into a full-time role Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
