Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and energetic students to join our Business Development team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, market research, CRM operations, partnerships, and customer communication. Successful performers will be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a salary range of ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis
● Manage leads and maintain CRM data● Assist in developing and managing the sales pipeline● Support outreach for partnerships and client acquisition● Communicate with prospective students and clients● Work with Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams on strategic projects● Track campaign results and prepare reports

Requirements

● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Confident, self-driven, and willing to take ownership● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)● Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage● Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams● Students from MBA, BBA, B.Tech (Final/Pre-Final Year), or any business/tech-oriented program
