Job Title: Business Development & Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads of SMEs and startups through LinkedIn, email and other channels
• Reach out to founders and decision-makers to introduce Accura Partners HR services
• Manage outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Draft professional and engaging communication (emails, messages, proposals)
• Maintain lead database and follow up consistently

Requirements:

• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools and social media platforms
• Tech-savvy with good research skills
• Prior experience in business development, lead generation or HR services (preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
