Job Description

You are a qualified candidate with more than 10 years of experience as a Practice Head, who is invited to join our Mumbai team. As a Practice Head for Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), you will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for IPA services and solutions in India. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading client engagements with a consultative approach to address business challenges using IPA solutions. In this position, you will drive sales and business development initiatives, meeting set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) will be essential to craft compelling proposals and value propositions, as well as to maintain a robust sales pipeline for IPA services and solutions. As a Practice Head, you will be expected to build and mentor a team of IPA specialists and consultants, establish frameworks and best practices for IPA solution delivery, and stay updated on industry trends and automation technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions. Additionally, fostering long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and providing strategic insights and recommendations will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration and stakeholder management are crucial aspects of this role, requiring you to work closely with internal teams to align IPA strategies with broader organizational goals and engage with senior leadership to communicate progress, challenges, and market insights effectively. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus. Your experience should include over 10 years in selling IT products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in selling Automation solutions such as RPA, Agentic AI, and IPA. A strong understanding of the automation landscape, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead high-performing teams and manage large-scale projects are essential qualifications.
