Designation-Consultant/ Sr. Consultant Strategy & Business Development for (US Market)

Shift timing- 7:00pm - 4:00am IST (5 days working, Sat/Sun off)

Location - Noida Sector 58

CTC range- open for the right candidate

Candidates with relevant USA , North America , Canada sales experience are eligible for this role.

Experience-2-10 years of experience in Lead Generation, Outbound calls, IT services sales SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Solution Selling and Cloud sales.

Role & responsibilities

  • Making/doing cold calls and Lead generation (B2B clients) 100-150 calls per day.

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cloud products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies for cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Stay abreast of market trends in cloud and security technology and competitor strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and product improvements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track key sales metrics and report performance to management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree .
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT services and consulting sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
  • Prior experience in selling IT & Consulting Services/Solutions in the North American region is a must.
