Job Description

  • Define and execute strategies for wholesale bond sales & distribution.
  • Acquire, manage, and grow relationships with institutions, corporates, banks, NBFCs, and large investors.
  • Drive revenue growth through secondary market & primary bond offerings.
  • Expand network via channel partners, brokers, and institutional distributors.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI/RBI guidelines and internal risk policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of BDEs focused on wholesale bond transactions.
  • Provide regular market insights, MIS, and performance reports to the Director.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Debt Markets / Wholesale Bonds / Institutional Sales / Broking.
  • Deep knowledge of bond markets, fixed-income products, and debt instruments.
  • Proven track record in handling institutional & corporate clients.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills.
  • NISM certifications preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
