Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Head: Derma (Skin Care & Hair Care) Actives. The Business Development Head will be responsible for planning and executing business strategies, managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities in the skincare and haircare sectors. Key tasks include developing relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote the adoption of our high-quality ingredients. The role also involves frequent communication and presentations to stakeholders to drive business objectives.

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 10 Yrs of experience in the same field.
