💼 Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Growth Intern, you’ll be part of the Business Development & Outreach Team.Your role will include:1️⃣ Engaging with students and parents to explain GrowTopper’s mentorship programs2️⃣ Conducting counselling and orientation calls under senior mentors3️⃣ Supporting lead generation and student onboarding processes4️⃣ Maintaining accurate lead data and follow-up reports5️⃣ Assisting in outreach campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives6️⃣ Meeting weekly and monthly growth targets7️⃣ Collaborating with mentorship, content, and operations teams to ensure student satisfaction

🎓 Qualifications :-

Strong analytical and market research skillsExcellent communication & relationship-building abilitiesExperience or interest in business growth, counselling, or educationProactive mindset and ability to work independently (remote-friendly)A background in education, leadership development, or psychology is a plus
